he high standard residential building rests on the foundations of individual living and independence, since it is designed so that each of the four apartments has a separate entrance, that is, there are no common spaces at all. Two apartments are situated on the ground floor while the others are on separate floors. On the first floor there is a three bedroom apartment with a living area of 90 m2, while on the top there is a three floor apartment of over 150 m2, which on the first floor has an entrance to its own staircase, which, in addition to access to the three bedroom apartment, leads all the way to the rooftop terrace with a view to the Zadar archipelago.
During the construction of the facility, great care was taken for the existing horticulture and numerous native plant species were preserved at the sites of the future ground gardens. Not only did this reduce the negative impact on the environment, but future tenants were initially provided with greenery as protection from the sun and views.
The facility is located in the wider center of Zadar, in a location that is ideal for the youngest since there is a kindergarten, football fields and Višnjik Sports and Recreation Center in the immediate vicinity. The facility is located in a street of mostly single-family homes with reduced traffic and landscaped communal infrastructure.
