Architectural concept and characteristics of a residential building
The high standard residential building consists of eight residential units, on the ground floor four smaller apartments from 34 m2 to 37 m2, on the first floor two apartments of 90 m2 and 102.5 m2, on the top are two penthouses of 117 m2 and 124 m2 respectively.
Each 2nd floor penthouse has a private exit from the apartment to the roof terrace which offers a unique view of the Zadar archipelago.
The bedrooms in the 1st and 2nd floor apartments are carefully separated from the living area, where south-oriented panoramic glass walls overlook the sea and islands. Two-room (2), three-room (3) or four-room (4) flats of the 1st and 2nd floors have a minimum of two bathrooms (bathroom and toilet), which increases the comfort of living in them.
Two ground floor apartments have a separate entrance, separated from the common staircase of the building, which gives a greater sense of individual living.
All ground floor apartments have their own 23 – 76m2 gardens, which are physically separated from each other and separated from the parking lot to ensure maximum peace for outdoor seating. During the construction of the facility, great care was taken for the existing horticulture and numerous native plant species were preserved at the sites of the future ground gardens. Not only did this reduce the negative impact on the environment, but future tenants were initially provided with greenery as protection from the sun and views.
